Graceview Partners
About the firm

Built to do this differently.

Graceview Partners was founded by Scott Hoilman after more than seven years advising employers and individuals on group benefits and insurance at one of the region's most respected firms. The decision to go independent wasn't about leaving something behind — it was about building something better: no proprietary products to push, no corporate quotas to hit, no revolving door of account managers. When you work with Graceview Partners, you work with Scott — directly, consistently, and for the long term.

Our approach

How we work.

01

Independence by Design.

We maintain appointments with 30+ carriers so your plan is sourced from the full market — at the most competitive rates available. No captive products. No conflicts of interest. Just the right fit.

02

Concierge-Level Service.

Whether you're a business with employees to support or an individual navigating life's changes, the work continues long after enrollment. Graceview Partners serves as an ongoing resource — answering questions, managing renewals, coordinating with carriers, and handling the details that keep your coverage running smoothly.

03

Technical Depth, Clear Communication.

Insurance is complex. Our job is to understand every detail so you don't have to. We translate technical provisions, compliance requirements, and plan design into plain language and confident decisions.

04

Peace of Mind.

At the heart of everything we do is one simple goal: the peace of mind that comes from knowing you're truly covered. Not just sold a policy. Not just placed in a plan. But genuinely protected — by an advisor who knows your situation, advocates for your interests, and is one phone call away when life gets complicated.

The Story Behind the Name

The name Graceview Partners carries personal meaning. "Grace" honors Scott's late grandmother, Grace Muse — a woman whose steady presence, servant heart, and quiet strength shaped the way he approaches everything. The rose and purple color in our logo is a tribute to his late aunt, Julie "Rose" Muse, whose warmth and selfless spirit remain a daily inspiration. Both women taught Scott that the way you care for people matters as much as the work itself. That principle is at the heart of this firm.

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms.
